Cottonwood Clubhouse
Built by Kevin, Zach, and Ryan!
Cottonwood Clubhouse was conceived, designed, and built by the Cokerboyz. It is a two
story, 12x12 clubhouse/storage building. The lower portion will be built out for storage
of our gardening/yard equipment, while the upper portion is a 12x8 living space with
12x4 outdoor porch/sitting area. The Clubhouse is air conditioned and has wood floors
(installed by Z-Unit (Zach)) along with complete insulation and tin roof. The interior
has amenities such as a daybed with trundle, track lighting, TV and DVD.  Update:
12/2006 I have finished out the bottom floor as a storage room for our outdoor
equipment. Using the stones that the original builders of our 1896 home used to
support the house, I built a firepit for roasting marshmallows and telling stories
around the fire.
